- Tracking Shipments
As soon as your order leaves our distribution center, you will receive a Delivery Notice via email confirming that your order has shipped. The Delivery Notice includes a listing of the items shipped and information on the shipping carrier/method. For orders shipped via a trackable method (such as UPS), the Delivery Notice will include a tracking number. Below we have provided contact information for various carriers, should you be interested in tracking your order's delivery status.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. An Eppendorf North America customer support representative will contact you to re-confirm your shipping information if your order is returned to us as undeliverable.

When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, so the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination-or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery timeframe has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.
